Ordering:SFA accepts orders via phone ,fax, mail , or e-mail . We Provide same day service for most orders via UPS or USPS. Freight charges are added to all orders. All products are subject to allocation by the manufacturer. Pricing and shipping dates are tentative based on our latest information.

Payment:we accept Visa,Mastercard,Discover with no surcharges added. Payment may also be made with check or money order. Returned checks are assessed a $25.00 fee. It is our policy to ship product only upon receipt of payment.

Shortages & Damages: You must notify us of any shortage or damaged product within 48 hours of receipt to receive replacement or credit. Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days after authorization for its return.

Conditions of Sale: All product is sold non-returnable. Returns due to incorrect shipment or damage must be approved in advance, in writing.

Pre-Order Policy: SFA encourages you to pre-order products. We produce pre-order list on a regular basis.You may prepay in advance using any established form of payment. We expect your pre-order to be honored. We are purchasing the product for you. Should you refuse or cancel a pre-oredered product , we will revoke this privelege in the future.

Allocted Products: Quantities on allocted products will be limited. Customers who regularly purchase other products from that line will be given priority.

Signed Memorabilia:Sportsfan Attic guarantees the autenticity of all its signed items for 60 days from purchase. If for any reason you believe the product not to be genuine, you may return the item in the same condition as sold, along with the sales slip and certificate of authenticity for a full refund.
